Ferah Hospitality Group is a premier culinary collective based in Carrollton, Texas. Established in 2023, our mission is to redefine hospitality through a diverse portfolio of unique concepts.
Our collection includes the acclaimed Ferah Tex-Med Kitchen restaurant chain, Ferah Smokehouse & Cantina, Ferah Catering & Events, and Herb & Ember. While each brand speaks its own culinary language, they are all united by the warmth and hospitality that define the Ferah name.
Ferah Smokehouse & Cantina
Wylie, TX
Ferah Smokehouse & Cantina was formed in December 2023 by Burak Ozcan, Stephanie Ozcan, Jeremy Berlin, and Heidi Berlin. It is a restaurant company that specializes in Barbecue and Tex-Mex fusion cuisine and operates out of one location in Wylie, Texas. We opened to the public on July 22nd 2024. Ferah Smokehouse & Cantina is part of Ferah Hospitality Group.

Ferah Catering & Events is brought to you by the gourmet chefs of Ferah; an award-winning restaurant group with locations in Garland, Wylie, and Southlake, Texas!
Formed in 2022, Ferah Catering & Events specializes in international, fusion cuisines and American classics. Ferah offers signature Tex-Med dishes along with American, Italian, Tex-Mex, Indian, Southern, and Halal menus, to name a few.
Herb & Ember
Garland, TX
Herb & Ember is a restaurant company that opened in April 2026 that specializes in creative mixologist-prepared cocktails and upscale American cuisine with global influences. Brought to you by the owners of Ferah Tex-Med Kitchenand Ferah Smokehouse & Cantina, Herb & Ember operates out of Firewheel Town Center in Garland, TX.
